Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a New Client Intake Associate. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in client relations and business operations. The New Client Intake Associate will be responsible for managing the initial stages of the client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, including gathering and verifying required documentation, information, and contracts.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the intake process, providing them with information and support as needed.
Data Entry: Accurately enter client information into the company's systems and maintain up-to-date records.
Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all necessary steps are completed for new client setup.
Quality Assurance: Review and verify client information to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with clients to gather missing information and provide updates on their onboarding status.
Documentation: Maintain organized records of client interactions and onboarding activities.
Feedback: Collect feedback from clients about their onboarding experience and suggest improvements to streamline the process.
Qualifications:
Education: MBA or Graduate
Clerical – 0-1 Year/Fresher
Experienced – 3-7 Years
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Personal Attributes:
Friendly and approachable personality.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
