Onboarding Support Associate

Job Location : Hyderabad ( Hybrid)

Working Hours : EST time zone

Onboarding Support Associate is responsible for managing daily activities related to onboarding new and existing suppliers. This role will oversee retailer-specific onboarding pipelines, along with related reporting and retailer calls. Additionally, the position involves training junior team members on various aspects of onboarding tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer service to all client platform accounts via phone and email.- Maintain knowledge of the client platform, its solutions, and the needs of its customers.- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing suppliers regarding all aspects of the sales cycle and onboarding process.- Facilitate supplier setup, configuration, testing, and training.- Manage and update supplier onboarding cases promptly, following department best practices and workflows.- Handle and report on all tasks for assigned retailer accounts.- Apply strong client management skills with high attention to detail.- Meet department performance metrics.- Maintain professionalism in high-stress situations and communicate effectively with both internal and external clients.- Suggest improvements to internal processes and for external stakeholders.- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer or technical support role.- At least 1 year of experience with a CRM platform.- Strong client management skills and attention to detail.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.- Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines.- Proficient in PC and MS Office applications.

Nice to Haves:

- Experience in troubleshooting EDI files.- Skills in triaging and developing solutions for complex client issues.- Sales experience with complex products and the ability to use sales techniques to improve closure rates.- Familiarity with Salesforce and Zendesk.- ITIL® certification or working knowledge of ITIL® processes.- Experience with Postman, SQL, and API usage.- Proficiency in developing user acceptance test plans.- Account or project management experience.
