We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our growing sales team and help expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through strategic outreach and networking.
- Sales Presentations : Conduct product demos, explain key features, and communicate the value of our solutions effectively to prospects.
- Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Pipeline Management : Manage and track the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Negotiation & Closing : Handle contract negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales outreach tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
