Sales Manager

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter. Has the ability to manage and build a team of strong sales Account Executives & SDRs. The candidate will manage all aspects of the Sales Process and own a number to drive revenues in the North American Market.
In this role you will -
- Manage and lead Sales efforts from India across the North American Market.
- Work closely with Account Executives to help them with their go to market plan, refine their pitch, work closely with them on sales opportunities.
- Help every Account Executive achieve and exceed their sales numbers.
- Research markets & industries to build and grow Moxo's customer base.
- Establish strong working relationships with various cross-functional leaders and teams to ensure an aligned and effective overall go-to-market strategy.
- Work with and leverage the SDRs to manage and drive Outbound motions.
- Provide ongoing reporting and forecasting for your territory.
- Identify, recruit and onboard high quality talent.
- Continuously coach the team and provide top quality training and development.
- Create sales play books and outbound sales plays that the team can leverage to get more effective results.
- Be a torch bearer of Moxo's culture and create a fun, positive working atmosphere for the team. Stay on top of the latest trends in SaaS, digital transformation, sales & competing products. Share ideas to further our company’s values, culture, and processes.
- Help build and be part of an outstanding team, selling to the world, from India.

- Must have managed a team of Account Executives & SDRs in the past.
