What does the role entail
Team Management—You will lead a team of Program Advisors (freshers), train them, and motivate them to achieve their set targets.
Individual Contributor a nutshell - you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Below is what your ideal day would look like
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
Creating and maintaining the status of current and potential customers in CRM.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
Closing the sale through effective objection handling & negotiation.
Staying informed about competing products and services

Complete ownership; there is minimal management and extreme autonomy, high pedigree, high caliber team.
Contribute directly to the success of the business & the top-line impact.
What will excite us
4+ years of previous experience in an inside sales position.
Alternatively, you should have managed sales for Technology products, not necessarily Edtech.
Proficiency in CRM software such as Freshsales/Salesforce is a must
