They specialize in custom and personalized homes that are future-proof, functional, durable, and eco-friendly. Headquartered in Kochi, BuildNext has Virtual Reality experience centers across Kerala, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Coimbatore, with plans for further expansion.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at BuildNext in Chennai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective leadership and communication.
- Sales Strategy Development, Team Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
- Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the real estate or construction industry
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
