Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our IT services business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management within the IT services industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize sales opportunities
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the IT services industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Knowledge of IT services such as software development, cloud services, and infrastructure management
Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools
