About the role:
As a Sales Manager, you will have to work closely with all hospitals across defined geographies to generate sales for all categories of product portfolio that you will be managing. You will manage stakeholder relationships whether its HCP or Pharmacist or CXOs of the hospitals. You will be responsible for payment collection, driving sales and scaling up team as the business expands.
Scope and responsibilities:
Driving sales across Hospitals / Clinics / Nursing Homes etc
Bringing newer products in the portfolio by working with OEMs
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, meetings and industry events
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
Desired Skills and Functional Experience:
Education qualification – Any Degree and Masters in Sales (Preferred, not mandatory).
5+ years of experience in Oncology, Vaccination or Transplant sales
Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals & take up additional responsibilities.
Keep high standard on personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
Proven track record in achieving new business targets and objectives.
Excellent communication, time management, organization, and presentation skills.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Versatile, self-motivated and results-driven.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, sales databases, and web applications.
Team player to work collaboratively in a cross functional structure.
