Over the course of 6-12 months, you’ll receive expert mentorship and training that will prepare you for a leadership role within the company.
Key Responsibilities:

Engage in a structured training program covering key areas such as sales , leadership , team management , and business operations .
Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions led by industry leaders and senior management.
Shadow experienced professionals for 4 weeks in sales, followed by 3-6 months in recruitment, training, and business operations.
Assist in day-to-day tasks and projects across sales, operations, and business administration departments.
Collaborate on client campaigns and projects , contributing ideas to drive success.
Take on progressively challenging assignments as you grow your skills and responsibilities.
Receive regular feedback and performance evaluations to accelerate your personal development.
Uphold the company’s values of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork .
What We’re Looking For:

A strong passion for pursuing a career in sales , leadership , or business administration .
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills .
Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team .
A passion for making a positive impact and achieving results.
Commitment to a 6-12 month training programme .

Shifts: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Training Monday to Saturday)

Compensation: ₹6L per year + Bonuses & Benefits. Expected earnings of ₹12+ LPA .
