Job Title: Head of Sales / Vice President – US IT Staffing & IT ServicesLocation: Mumbai / RemoteExperience: 15+ years in sales leadership within the US IT staffing & IT services industryOverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Sales / Vice President to lead our US IT Staffing & IT Services division. This executive role focuses on driving business growth by acquiring new Systems Integrator (SI) and direct client accounts across multiple industries.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and relationship management, with deep expertise in the US IT staffing and services market.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.Define sales targets and establish KPIs to ensure team performance and success.Client Acquisition & Relationship ManagementIdentify and secure new SI and direct client relationships across industries.Lead high-level negotiations and build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.Support the sales team in strengthening client relationships.Team Management & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Provide training and strategic guidance to maximize performance and productivity.Market Analysis & IntelligenceMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.Leverage market data to identify new opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.Collaboration & Cross-Functional CoordinationPartner with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.Ensure seamless client onboarding and high-quality service delivery.Technology & Services FocusStrong understanding of IT services such as SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, Data Analytics, and related technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications15+ years of proven leadership experience in sales or business development within the US IT staffing & services sector.Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing SI and direct client accounts.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and drive business decisions.Experience managing and motivating high-performance sales teams.Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
