OML Studios is a leading production house known for creating engaging and impactful stories for leading brands across diverse formats including DVCs TVCs podcasts talk shows creator reels photoshoots and more We re seeking an experienced Business Development Head to drive growth foster relationships and bring innovative opportunities to our studio Role Summary We re looking for a seasoned Business Developer with a strong advertising agency background and established connections with brand managers Your expertise will help us expand our client base identify new revenue streams and solidify our position as a premier production partner Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share Leverage existing relationships with brand managers advertising agencies and industry partners Identify and pursue new business opportunities pitches and RFPs Collaborate with creative teams to develop tailored pitches and proposals Negotiate contracts agreements and commercial terms Stay up-to-date on industry trends emerging technologies and competitor activity Manage and report on sales pipeline revenue forecasts and performance metrics Requirements 7-10 years of experience in advertising agencies or related industries Proven track record in business development sales or account management Strong network of relationships with brand managers agency decision-makers and industry influencers In-depth understanding of advertising marketing and production processes Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively Nice to Have Experience working with production companies or studios Knowledge of film television or digital content production
