Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Business Development at KRI Xperience, located in Mumbai. The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving the business growth, strategizing and planning sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and fostering relationships with clients. The individual will conduct market analyses, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies for maximizing revenue and client acquisition. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and supporting the execution of events and brand activations.

Qualifications

- Experience in Business Planning and Analytical Skills
- Proven Sales and Account Management skills
- Strong Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
- Previous experience in the event management industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
