About the Role: Humans of Bombay is currently seeking an adept and results-oriented Head of Business Development – Revenue & Strategies to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 8 years of proven experience in content sales, a deep understanding of social media dynamics, and a track record of innovating and introducing new offerings within the content domain. If you are a dynamic professional with strong business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset, this role is for you.

Location: Mumbai, IndiaExperience: 8–10 years in content sales and partnershipsKey Responsibilities:Lead a team of Business Development Managers to manage company P&L and achieve annual, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets. Develop innovative offerings to enhance value for existing clients and attract new business.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to expand the client base. Maintain a thorough understanding of all company products and services. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and client needs.
Strategize and execute campaigns based on client requirements and market dynamics. Conceptualize and present compelling business proposals for new partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams for the smooth execution of client campaigns.
Recruit, train, and lead Business Development and Client Servicing teams. Maintain campaign trackers, reports, and performance analytics to enable data-driven decisions. Implement processes to manage a robust client database and ensure client retention.
Design and execute growth strategies for key initiatives and special projects. Skills & Competencies:Leadership: Inspire and guide teams toward revenue and strategic goals. Strategic Thinking: Align revenue strategies with company objectives and innovate business offerings.
Sales & Negotiation: Proven success in content sales and client negotiations. Market Research: Ability to analyze market trends and client requirements. Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting client partnerships.
Proposal Writing: Craft customized, persuasive business proposals. Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing teams. Process Optimization: Streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
