Role Overview

We are seeking a Presales Manager with a proven track record in real estate brokerage, excellent communication skills, and in-depth knowledge of Pune’s East Micro Market for residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and coordinating pre-sales efforts to ensure seamless property consultations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Tele calling: Proactively engage with potential clients through tele calling, inquiries, and referrals to create a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Consultation: Analyze customer needs, offer tailored property solutions, and provide high-quality service to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Market Expertise: Leverage knowledge of residential properties in Pune’s East Micro Market to guide clients effectively and stay updated on trends, pricing, and competition.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update client data using CRM tools for accurate follow-ups and reporting.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and ensure seamless transition from presales to sales.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a real estate brokerage or advisory firm is mandatory.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with an engaging personality.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate Markets: Hands-on expertise in Pune’s East Micro Market (Viman Nagar, Kharadi, Wagholi, Hadapsar, etc.).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other technology platforms.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline is preferred.
