Business Development Executive II

Role: Business Development Executive Department: Sales Location: Vasundhara, Ghaziabad (Landmarks: Indirapuram, Vaishali Metro Station, Sahibabad RRTS Station) Salary: ₹2.4 LPA + Incentives. Work Schedule: 6 days/week (Sunday WFH, Tuesday OFF) We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective students, and achieve enrollment targets. Key Responsibilities Drive student enrollments and lead the sales process from outreach to closing. Act as the first point of contact for sales inquiries, Counsel students on career planning and explain course benefits. Maintain an updated prospect database and own onboarding process and relations with onboarded students. Ensure CRM updates dilligently. Present our offerings to colleges and universities. Represent the company at trade shows, events, and demonstrations. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years in business development or sales, ideally in education. Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills. Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to discipline. Immediate joiners preferred.
