Customer Success Wizardry
Sales Engineering Superpowers
Lead technical deep-dives during pre-sales conversations—explain the "how it works" in plain English (or geek-speak when needed).
Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Engineering—being the bridge between what's promised and what's delivered.
Ensure smooth customer handoffs from Sales to Success—like a perfectly timed relay race, not a dropped ball.
Education & Experience : Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical background a plus. 1–3 years in Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting.
Comfort with SaaS products, APIs, and tools like Salesforce, Apollo,or Sales Navigator. Bonus if you can talk shop with engineers.
Analytical thinker who thrives on digging into customer challengesand finding creative fixes.
Hungry to learn, grow, and eventually take on leadership in Customer Success or Solutions.
Tech Whiz: Proficient in navigating tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Intent tools.
