Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Executive (CSE), you are both the guardian angel of customers and the wizard behind the product curtain—part trusted advisor, part solution architect
Customer Success Wizardry
- Onboard customers like you're rolling out a red carpet—smooth, memorable, and classy.
- Be the go-to person for clients: guiding them, solving their issues, and making sure they hit their goals with Pepsales.
- Proactively monitor usage to ensure customers aren't just "logging in" but actually winning with the product.
- Run quarterly business reviews that make customers say, "Wow, you know us better than we know ourselves."
- Spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities without ever sounding salesy.
Sales Engineering Superpowers
- Lead technical deep-dives during pre-sales conversations—explain the "how it works" in plain English (or geek-speak when needed).
- Customize demos that make prospects think the product was designed just for them.
- Partner with AEs to answer tough product questions and build trust with technical stakeholders.
- Collect and relay product feedback like a pro diplomat—balancing client asks withproduct roadmap reality.
Cross-Team Collaborator
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales, Product, and Engineering—being the bridge between what's promised and what's delivered.
- Ensure smooth customer handoffs from Sales to Success—like a perfectly timed relay race, not a dropped ball.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical background a plus. 1–3 years in Customer Success, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Consulting.
- People Skills: Excellent communicator, empathetic listener, and relationship builder.
- Tech Fluency: Comfort with SaaS products, APIs, and tools like Salesforce, Apollo,or Sales Navigator. Bonus if you can talk shop with engineers.
- Problem Solver: Analytical thinker who thrives on digging into customer challengesand finding creative fixes.
- Growth Mindset: Hungry to learn, grow, and eventually take on leadership in Customer Success or Solutions.
- Tech Whiz: Proficient in navigating tools like Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and Intent tools.
