Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive located in Bengaluru. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, handling customer support, and managing accounts. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing solutions to customer issues, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and analyzing customer data to improve service delivery and retention strategies.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
  • Customer Support and Account Management skills
  • Analytical Skills to assess and improve customer service processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Prior experience in a customer success or account management role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
