Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and client-focused Junior Key Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with our B2 B clients in digital marketing and website development. As a bridge between clients and internal teams, you will ensure that client expectations are met, projects are delivered on time, and account growth opportunities are identified. This role is ideal for those looking to build a career in account management within the dynamic fields of digital marketing and web solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2 B accounts, building trust and maintaining a strong client relationship.
Understand clients’ business goals in the digital marketing and web development landscape, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Project Coordination
Work closely with internal teams to coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.
Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
Account Growth & Upselling
Identify opportunities to expand client accounts by suggesting additional services that align with their goals.
Develop insights into each client’s industry and digital needs, enabling you to provide value-added recommendations.
Quality Assurance & Problem Solving
Monitor project quality and client satisfaction, ensuring all deliverables meet the expected standards.
Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to ensure smooth project execution and maintain client confidence.
Requirements: Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Strong proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.
Project Management
Exceptional organizational abilities, with an aptitude for managing multiple projects and timelines effectively.
A proactive mindset, with attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
Understanding of B2 B & Digital Marketing
Familiarity with digital marketing and website development processes or a willingness to learn quickly.
Interest in B2 B and tech business environments.
Qualifications: Educational Background
A bachelor’s degree in any field is required; degrees in business, marketing, or a related field are a plus.
Professional Experience
Freshers with a strong interest in digital marketing and client management are welcome.
Experience in account management, digital marketing, or website development is advantageous but not required.
