Segregate leads based on potential and follow up to nurture them effectively. Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups. Business Development & Strategy Identify additional business opportunities beyond provided leads and develop customized sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to organize efforts for new business generation activities. Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences as required. Client Engagement & Communication Maintain extensive knowledge of the company’s services and tailor solutions to client needs. Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement. Sales Execution Facilitate the sale of all company services according to company and client requirements. Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring consistent quality of service delivery. Market Analysis & Reporting Conduct market research to identify trends, client requirements, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics. Travel Requirements Be willing to travel overseas as and when required to meet clients, attend events, or close deals. Key Qualifications Proven experience in a similar B2 B sales role, preferably in digital marketing or web development services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in CRM software and sales tools. A results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
