Position: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management
  • Work with company-provided cold leads, contact prospects, and qualify them for further engagement.
  • Segregate leads based on potential and follow up to nurture them effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Business Development & Strategy
  • Identify additional business opportunities beyond provided leads and develop customized sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to organize efforts for new business generation activities.
  • Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences as required.
  • Client Engagement & Communication
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the company’s services and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Sales Execution
  • Facilitate the sale of all company services according to company and client requirements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring consistent quality of service delivery.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, client requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
  • Travel Requirements
  • Be willing to travel overseas as and when required to meet clients, attend events, or close deals.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar B2B sales role, preferably in digital marketing or web development services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
