Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Management
- Work with company-provided cold leads, contact prospects, and qualify them for further engagement.- Segregate leads based on potential and follow up to nurture them effectively.- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
1. Business Development & Strategy
- Identify additional business opportunities beyond provided leads and develop customized sales strategies.- Collaborate with internal teams to organize efforts for new business generation activities.- Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences as required.
1. Client Engagement & Communication
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the company’s services and tailor solutions to client needs.- Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with potential clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
1. Sales Execution
- Facilitate the sale of all company services according to company and client requirements.- Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring consistent quality of service delivery.
1. Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client requirements, and competitor activities.- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
1. Travel Requirements
- Be willing to travel overseas as and when required to meet clients, attend events, or close deals.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar B2B sales role, preferably in digital marketing or web development services.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.- A results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
