Experience: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a relevant B2B sales role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management
- Work with company-provided cold leads, contact prospects, and qualify them for further engagement.
- Segregate leads based on potential and follow up to nurture them effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Business Development & Strategy
- Identify additional business opportunities beyond provided leads and develop customized sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize efforts for new business generation activities.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences as required.
- Client Engagement & Communication
- Maintain extensive knowledge of the company’s services and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Sales Execution
- Facilitate the sale of all company services according to company and client requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring consistent quality of service delivery.
- Market Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Travel Requirements
- Be willing to travel overseas as and when required to meet clients, attend events, or close deals.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar B2B sales role, preferably in digital marketing or web development services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
- A results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
