Description :
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at I’M SAFE APP . The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales , preferably in the SaaS industry , and thrives in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities :
• Identify and engage with potential clients to drive partnerships and revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales outreach strategies, including emails, LinkedIn campaigns, and calls, with follow-ups.
• Build a pipeline of top accounts, focusing on key verticals and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to establish sales goals, templates, and tools.
• Track performance metrics and ensure alignment with quarterly targets.
Qualifications :
• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience preferred).
• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and drive results.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and outreach platforms.
• Passionate about creating an impact and working in a collaborative team environment.
