Description:


We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team at I’M SAFE APP. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, and thrives in a mission-driven environment.


This is a full-time, work-from-office role at Chennai designed for someone ready to take on a dynamic, hands-on position to drive the growth of a purpose-driven organization.


Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential clients to drive partnerships and revenue growth.

• Develop and implement sales outreach strategies , including emails, LinkedIn campaigns, and calls, with consistent follow-ups.

• Build a pipeline of high-intent leads , focusing on key verticals and decision-makers.

• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo , and others to generate high-quality leads.

• Set up and run email campaigns and send cold emails to initiate client conversations.

• Conduct cold calls to engage potential high-intent customers.

Travel to client locations when necessary to give demos or oversee POSH trainings.

• Learn and understand the revenue-making side of I’M SAFE , including POSH trainings and the I’M SAFE Org product.

Give demos and explain the basics of POSH effectively to prospects.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to establish sales goals, templates, and tools .

Track performance metrics to ensure alignment with quarterly targets.

Use CRM tools to manage leads and accounts effectively.


Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales (SaaS experience preferred).

• Proven ability to engage with stakeholders and drive results.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Comfortable using CRM tools and outreach platforms.

• Passionate about creating an impact and working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment .
