Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and engage prospective clients for digital services.
Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, cold calling, and networking events.
Present and promote digital solutions tailored to client needs, such as web design, app development, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in digital sales or business development.
Strong understanding of digital services, including web development, digital marketing, and IT solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a digital agency or IT services company.
Knowledge of emerging digital trends and tools.
Certification in digital marketing or sales strategies is an added advantage.
