Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition : Develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain candidate pipelines.
Employee Engagement : Design and implement engagement initiatives, conduct employee surveys, and organize team-building activities to enhance workplace culture.
Payroll & Compliance : Oversee payroll processing, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and manage employee benefits like PF, ESI, and gratuity.

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's or Master’s in HR, Business, or related field.
