# Job Purpose The E-commerce Ex. supports our C2 C Global marketplace ' GEMGEM' by providing high-quality customer service through live chat, email and SNS from Inquiry to order processing, working in coordination with internal team # Key Responsibilities Provide prompt and professional customer support via live chat, email, and messaging platforms. Process sales orders, monitor order statuses, and coordinate deliveries. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and ensure data privacy. Handle complaints, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary. Offer insights for improving sales support processes and customer service. Assist in reporting and data analysis to enhance operational efficiency. # Qualifications Any Graduate with 1+ year experience in customer service or sales support (preferably in e-commerce or luxury goods). Proficient in English, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office. Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail.
