Customer Support Associate

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with accuracy and empathy.
Assist customers in resolving issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and providing product information as needed.
Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to quality standards, performance metrics, and compliance requirements in all customer interactions.
**Requirements**:
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
Previous experience in a BPO/customer service environment is a plus but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
