Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide efficient and effective support through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and complete information about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting basic product or service issues.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while following up to ensure resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards and SLAs.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products, services, and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
- 0-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify language(s)].
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.

- Familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical or product-related issues.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
