Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide efficient and effective support through various communication channels.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about products and services.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly, ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting basic product or service issues.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or services.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department while following up to ensure resolution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards and SLAs.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve products, services, and processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify language(s)].
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical or product-related issues.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
