Role Overview

This full-time role as an Executive Support Associate in the Founder's office at ZebraLearn involves providing administrative support to company executives. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This position is based in Surat.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Supporting Founders: Collaborating closely with founders to resolve key problems and drive new revenue channels
  • Establishing Partnerships: Building powerful business and data partnerships to drive product growth
  • Driving Growth: Driving success through strategic planning, team building, product development, and investor relations
  • Representing the Founder: Representing the founder in business dealings during stakeholder meetings
  • Prioritizing Tasks: Prioritizing tasks on behalf of the founder
  • Tracking Metrics: Analyzing metrics daily and maintaining a tracker to ensure task completion
  • Building Culture: Contributing to the development of the startup's culture and understanding its core values
  • Confidential Advisor: Serving as a trusted advisor for the founder, ensuring their ideas are not overlooked
  • Leading Quarterly Reviews: Facilitating quarterly review discussions across teams
  • Developing Policies: Planning overall policies for the organization
  • Enhancing Communication: Ensuring efficient communication within the organization

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to provide executive support and handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Working Details:

  • Location - In-office, Vesu, Surat, Gujarat.
  • Work Type - Full-time.
  • Working Days - Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
  • Compensation - As per industry standards, considering experience and expertise
