We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and contribute to our lead generation and sales pipeline building.Role OverviewAs a BDR, you will be responsible for scouting leads, prospecting, and initiating outreach to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales and business team to identify target accounts, build a strong pipeline, and generate qualified opportunities.Key Responsibilities- Identify and research potential prospects across industries.- Generate leads through LinkedIn, emails, and other outreach tools.- Qualify prospects and schedule initial conversations/demos.- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information.- Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and targeting.- Provide daily/weekly updates on lead generation activities and progress.Requirements- Based in Gurgaon (on-site role).- Available for 4–5 hours per day (flexible timing within IST).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Interest in sales, lead generation, and client engagement.- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.- Previous internship/experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory.What We Offer- Hands-on exposure to B2B lead generation and business development.- Opportunity to work closely with the core business team.- Internship/part-time contract with performance-based incentives.- Experience certificate and potential for full-time conversion.
