About the job We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Developer Representative to join our expanding Real Estate sales team.

The ideal candidate will have strong B2 B sales experience, particularly in managing and growing relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.

In this role at GRI Club, you will be responsible for nurturing existing accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Job Details Map and prospect new business opportunities; participate in analysis and qualification of the leads received; Approach potential customers (C-level) for qualification regarding the maturity of the contact, fit with the Club (need vs.

what we deliver) and purchase decision.

Schedule meetings of qualified contacts and leads with Club directors; Keep the CRM up to date; Monitor lead volume, scheduling and conversion indicators to feed the marketing team and optimize processes and generate better results.

Requirements Preferred academic background: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, Engineering; Commercial background; Team orientation, with ability to effectively build relationships both externally and internally; We require fluency in written and spoken English Disponibility to work in Mumbai (4x on site and 1x home office).
