About the Role

Cloud Counselage Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves generating and qualifying leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations, clearly explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, responding promptly to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Use CRM software to track leads, manage sales activities, and update client interactions in real time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales pipeline management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
