Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Aditi Tracking Support Private Limited. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about driving revenue growth through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers by providing exceptional after-sales service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits to advise customers on suitable product selection.
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold-calling, emailing, and inbound lead follow-ups.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Providing online demos to clients and responding patiently to their queries.
  • Maintaining and managing the client database.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with customers.
  • Have a strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Be proficient in using various software applications, including CRM systems and email management tools.
