Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing assigned client accounts to ensure optimal satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiating contracts and handling related paperwork, such as invoices and orders.
  • Fostering long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.
  • Responding promptly to customer queries and complaints to resolve issues efficiently.

You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and presenting Onetouch Controls' products and services to existing and prospective clients. This may involve cold-calling, emailing, or other forms of outreach.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in a similar industry.
