SAWARI is a premium chauffeur and limousine service dedicated to providing luxury, reliability, and exceptional customer experiences. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Head to spearhead our growth initiatives.



The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue, enhance brand visibility, and build strong client relationships. This role demands a visionary leader with proven experience in the mobility, hospitality, or luxury services sector.



Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with SAWARI’s growth objectives.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious targets.

• Identify and secure new corporate and individual client accounts.

• Create partnerships with high-end hotels, event planners, and travel agencies to expand the customer base.

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize revenue streams.

• Marketing & Brand Management

• Design and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media).

• Maintain consistent brand identity, ensuring all communications reflect SAWARI’s premium positioning.

• Drive lead generation through SEO, SEM, and targeted online advertising.

• Oversee client relationship management, ensuring exceptional customer service and repeat business.

• Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.

• Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management.



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 6+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in luxury mobility, hospitality, or travel.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
