We are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Head to spearhead our growth initiatives.⸻Role SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue, enhance brand visibility, and build strong client relationships. This role demands a visionary leader with proven experience in the mobility, hospitality, or luxury services sector.⸻Key Responsibilities•Strategy & Leadership•Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with SAWARI’s growth objectives.•Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve ambitious targets.•Business Development & Revenue Growth•Identify and secure new corporate and individual client accounts.•Create partnerships with high-end hotels, event planners, and travel agencies to expand the customer base.•Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize revenue streams.•Marketing & Brand Management•Design and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, social media).•Maintain consistent brand identity, ensuring all communications reflect SAWARI’s premium positioning.•Drive lead generation through SEO, SEM, and targeted online advertising.•Client Engagement•Oversee client relationship management, ensuring exceptional customer service and repeat business.•Conduct high-level client meetings, negotiations, and presentations.•Budget & Reporting•Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively.•Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior management.⸻Required Qualifications & Skills•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.•6+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in luxury mobility, hospitality, or travel.•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.•Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics.•Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.⸻
