Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Head at Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt Ltd, located in Hyderabad. The Zonal Head will be responsible for driving sales in the region and should have experience in Home Loans & Mortgage Loans. He will be responsible for overseeing sales and distribution operations within the assigned zone. Day-to-day tasks include managing and leading sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, tracking sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Zonal Head will also be tasked with market analysis, resource allocation, and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Proficiency in market analysis and resource allocation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and drive revenue growth
  • Deep knowledge of sales and distribution processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the zone as required
