We are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic Zonal Sales Head to lead our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage zonal sales operations with full All India dedicated locations responsibility.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies and corporate clients.
  • Handle large accounts, tenders, and rate contracts with state/central government and private sector.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across regions.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and design expansion strategies.
  • Ensure seamless coordination with operations, logistics, and vendor teams for project delivery.
  • Provide regular MIS, sales forecasts, and business insights to senior leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of proven experience in B2B / infrastructure / road safety / construction material sales.
  • Experience in handling zonal or national-level portfolios is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India (mandatory).
