We are expanding rapidly and seeking a dynamic Zonal Sales Head to lead our Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage zonal sales operations with full All India dedicated locations responsibility.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies and corporate clients.
- Handle large accounts, tenders, and rate contracts with state/central government and private sector.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team across regions.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and design expansion strategies.
- Ensure seamless coordination with operations, logistics, and vendor teams for project delivery.
- Provide regular MIS, sales forecasts, and business insights to senior leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 10-15 years of proven experience in B2B / infrastructure / road safety / construction material sales.
- Experience in handling zonal or national-level portfolios is a must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India (mandatory).
