Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and motivating the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Zonal Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to align sales goals with overall company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and setting sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and build client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of market research and performance metrics analysis
  • Experience in the education technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
