Overall Job Description

1.Source and service business clients above lending sizes of 5.00 to 500 million, and enhance business portfolio aligned to Banks strategy and target segments through a team lead by TL.

2.Ensuring acquisition of new clients through Branch team with minimum ticket size of INR 5.00 million for assets products along with maintaining end to end relationship with the clients, i.e. from sourcing to disbursement, servicing, renewal and enhancement with proper compliance through a team lead by TL.

3.Ensure that clients are being sourced through a wide spectrum of Internal Bank channels (Branch Banking and other related Channels apart from Cold calling, linkages, etc)

4.To deepen & enhance the acquired portfolio by selling and cross-selling the various trade and treasury Products, bill discounting, bank guarantee, letter of credit, cash credit/ overdraft, payment and cash management, factoring, current accounts, etc. through a team lead by TL.

5.Responsible for maintaining the quality of the loan portfolio, and minimizing potential losses due to possible deterioration of the underlying collateral and cash flow sources. Analysis of financial statements, pro forma budgets and appraisals, thus ensuring the integrity of the credit process.

6.Sound knowledge of the product and the competition and the regulatory compliances and guidelines.

7.Knowledge of financial representation and related knowledge on the accounting for the understanding of the business and bank requirements.

8.Experience in handling middle level managers and large team scattered over regions.Education and Work Experience Requirements:

Essential requirement: MBA/CAWORK EXPERIENCE

Essential requirement: 15 to 20 yearsDesired Behavioral / Functional Traits

  • Prior experience Business Banking (SME) with extensive knowledge on Trade & Forex, basic understanding of Balance sheet & P&L, KYC & AML guidelines
  • Excellent communication, analytical & reviewing skills
  • Good knowledge of finance and experience in handling CAM & addressing the queries of credit team
  • Strong Sales acumen & leadership ability to drive & achieve targets
  • Team handling and management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skill to deal with the team and other verticals.
