Revio Therapeutics seeks a dynamic leader as Head, Portfolio & Business Development. The role involves owning pharmaceutical finished product identification, portfolio strategy and the full BD lifecycle from sourcing to deal‑making and alliance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage portfolio strategy and governance framework, with focus on 505(b)(2)/Hybrid drug products for US, European and other regulated markets
  • Conduct opportunity assessments, business cases, market and IP landscaping.
  • Lead BD lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, diligence, valuation, negotiation, contracting.
  • Manage alliances and partnerships ensuring operational and strategic alignment.
  • Develop playbooks for portfolio and BD workflows.
  • Mentor and grow junior BD/portfolio team members.

Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years in BD, Portfolio, or Strategy in specialty pharma/biotech.
  • Strong experience in deal execution, valuation, and alliance management.
  • Understanding of 505(b)(2)/Hybrid pathways, CDMO/device partnerships, commercialization.
  • Excellent financial modeling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Global relationship network across pharma and biotech ecosystems.
  • Robust familiarity with AI-based approaches for pharma portfolio & project management

Success Metrics (12 months):

  • Portfolio scorecards implemented across all assets.
  • ≥2 partnership deals or term sheets executed.
  • Robust partner pipeline developed with quarterly tracking.
