Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing high-level administrative support, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate projects, and assist with business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, travel, and appointments.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and review of documents related to real estate transactions, including managing agreements.
- Organize and coordinate site visits, ensuring logistics are in place for successful visits.
- Coordinate and oversee projects as needed, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
- Manage day-to-day office administration and document management.
- Ensure efficient communication within the team and across departments.
- Assist with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required by the CEO.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
