Technical HR Support Specialist for Oracle HCM

Job Description

As our IT HR Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our HR systems, primarily Oracle HCM.

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services to resolve system issues reported by HR team members and end-users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee the integration and functionality of all HR systems.
  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and testing of new system features, upgrades, and patches.
  • Develop user training sessions and support materials, including manuals and troubleshooting guides, to enhance user experience.
  • Conduct training sessions for system-specific knowledge for IT HR team members.
  • Maintain system performance, identify potential problems, and recommend solutions or improvements proactively.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by auditing system data, managing user permissions, and adhering to compliance protocols.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage system updates and resolve technical issues.
Requirements

We seek an individual with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR systems administration, preferably with Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with data security, compliance, and audit practices in HR systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
