Mergen Partners is seeking Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR Consultants to join our client’s team. In this role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Core HR functions within Oracle HCM Cloud. Your work will focus on employee record management, HR workflows, organizational structures, and ensuring seamless integration with other HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementation & Configuration:

  • Design, implement, and configure Oracle Core HR modules, including employee records, organizational structure, job profiles, and workforce administration.

Data Management:

  • Manage and maintain employee data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies and regional regulations.

HR Process Integration:

  • Collaborate with other Oracle HCM modules like Payroll, Compensation, and Absence Management to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.

Global Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and global organizational policies across multiple regions.

User Training:

  • Develop and deliver training materials and documentation for HR teams to enhance their proficiency in Oracle Core HR modules.

Support:

  • Provide ongoing technical and functional support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to Core HR processes.

Tools & Skillsets Needed:

Technical Expertise:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud: Core HR, Benefits, Payroll.
  • Configuration skills: Oracle Cloud configurations, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports.

Experience:

  • 3–12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Core HR implementations.
  • Proven track record in global HR processes and data management.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective client management and attention to detail.
