Location: Andheri West, Mumbai
Experience Required: 2 years
CTC: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to manage the front desk and assist with administrative coordination. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth operations at the reception area and offering support across administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to relevant staff or departments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings; coordinate conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Maintain the reception area in an organized and professional manner.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked.
- Help with basic travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations for staff.
- Direct queries or issues to the appropriate department and assist with troubleshooting.
- Support other office and administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with office equipment (phones, fax, printers, etc.).
- Familiarity with office management software.
- Knowledge of travel coordination or booking.
