Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Court Administrator to manage the operations of our sports facilities. The role involves overseeing bookings for tennis, squash, and pickleball courts, ensuring smooth daily operations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Court Management: Oversee the reservation system for tennis, squash, and pickleball courts, ensuring bookings are efficiently managed and all schedules are maintained accurately.
  • Customer Service: Assist members and guests with court bookings, inquiries, and any issues related to the facilities, providing excellent service at all times.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the courts are properly maintained, report any maintenance needs, and coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all courts are in optimal condition.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate and manage bookings for individual and group sessions, tournaments, and events for tennis, squash, and pickleball.
  • Billing & Payments: Ensure accurate billing and payment processing for court bookings and memberships, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating tennis, squash, and pickleball events or tournaments, including handling registrations and logistics.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other administrative and support staff to ensure smooth operations across the facility.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sports facility management or administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with booking software and manage schedules.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic administrative tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
