About HR Yaar: We are a dynamic team seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator to manage the front desk and provide administrative support. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring seamless operations at the reception area.
Estimated Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹22,500 per month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. As a key member of our front desk team, you will greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner, manage incoming and outgoing mail, schedule appointments, and perform various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, responding to inquiries and directing them to relevant staff or departments.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing tasks and maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring smooth coordination with team members.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document handling, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations for staff, as needed.
- Maintain the reception area in an organized and professional manner, restocking supplies and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Support other office and administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of organization in a dynamic work setting.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- A professional attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with office equipment (phones, fax, printers, etc.) and basic technical skills.
- Familiarity with office management software and systems, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
