Timekeepers Consultants (TKC) is seeking a dedicated Junior Linked In Sales Executive to support our clients in the IT services industry, particularly those offering Software Testing and Quality Assurance solutions. This role will focus on generating leads and building relationships with key decision-makers using Linked In as the primary platform. The ideal candidate is eager to grow in sales, has some experience with Linked In outreach, and is motivated to contribute to the success of our clients. Responsibilities Generate and qualify leads on Linked In to build a strong sales pipeline for TKC clients in the IT services industry. Engage with decision-makers such as CTOs, Engineering Heads, and QA Directors through Linked In campaigns and personalized outreach. Assist in creating and executing Linked In outreach strategies to promote clients’ Software Testing and QA services. Provide regular updates on outreach activities, including lead generation metrics and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with TKC and client teams to refine outreach processes and messaging. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems. Support client relationship-building efforts by providing timely and professional responses to inquiries. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Linked In-based lead generation or sales. Basic understanding of IT services or software development processes is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking and managing sales activities. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively with TKC and client teams. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in IT services, specifically Software Testing or QA, is a plus. Experience engaging with senior decision-makers on Linked In. Proven ability to support sales targets and KPIs.
